Founded by Taylor Mortensen, a classically trained sommelier educated in Dijon, France, in the heart of Burgundy, Say Bon carries forward centuries of winemaking tradition with a distinctly modern spirit. The name is a playful nod to the French phrase “C’est bon,” meaning it’s good. And that is exactly how we approach wine. It should taste good, feel good, and do good.
