Shipping policy

By placing an order with Say Bon, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol. All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) with valid ID at delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended.

We ship within California and to select states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted by law. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and weather conditions.

Wine is temperature sensitive. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipment to protect quality. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Say Bon is not responsible for delays, weather damage requested against our recommendation, or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect shipping information.

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so
