Return Policy
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and California regulations, all wine sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wine once it has been shipped or delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saybon.sales@gmail.com with photos of the bottle(s) and packaging. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, weather-related damage when shipment is requested during extreme temperatures, or orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
