By accessing this website or purchasing from Say Bon, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We do not sell or ship alcohol to anyone under 21. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel any order that does not meet legal requirements.

2. Compliance with Alcohol Laws

Say Bon operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local alcohol laws. By placing an order, you agree that the purchase and shipment of wine to your selected destination is lawful. If a shipment cannot legally be completed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, or descriptions at any time without notice. Orders are not final until payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud or violations of these terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser at the time the wine is delivered to the carrier. Say Bon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and California regulations, all wine sales are final. We will address damaged or incorrect shipments if notified within 48 hours of delivery and provided appropriate documentation (including photographs).

6. Wine Clubs & Subscriptions

Wine club memberships are ongoing until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges based on the selected membership frequency. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Specific club terms may be outlined separately on the club enrollment page.

7. Events & Services

Deposits for private events, tastings, or consulting services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Cancellation terms for events will be outlined at the time of booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, images, and design elements, is the property of Say Bon and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
