Ousness is the newest release from PRIE’s Orthogonal Cabernet program, a non vintage blend that pairs Cabernet Sauvignon with Mourvèdre. The result is a wine that balances structure with energy. Aromas of dark cherry, black currant, and violet lead into a plush, medium full palate filled with fresh berries, soft spice, and well integrated tannins.
Cabernet Sauvignon provides depth and polish, while Mourvèdre brings lift and vibrant red fruit character. Together they create a modern red blend that feels distinctive yet easy to enjoy.
